How do I register my school?
Simply click on the “Register” link on the home page and fill out the registration form. Step by step instructions are provided during the entire registration process.
How can I pay my registration fee? We accept online payment and direct deposit.
Online Payment Online payments are processed using PayPal, the worlds most secure online payment facility. We understand some schools are unable to make payment via credit card. We recommend using the credit card of a staff member and the school reimbursing them for payment. Online payment is recommend and will give you instant access to your account. To make payment, simply click on the "Pay Online Now" button at the bottom of this page. You do not have to make payment when registering. You can login at anytime and you will be directed to the payment page to complete payment.
Direct Deposit We accept direct deposit. Our bank details are included at the bottom of your invoice. Reference: Please use your invoice number when paying via direct deposit so we can track your payment. Email: Please email notification of payment to support@schoolfitnesstest.com

What are the tests? Test 1 = Long Jump Description Standing with two feet together jump as far forward as possible. What does it test? Lower body explosive strength. Test 2 = Sit-ups Description Laying on back with knees bent place hands on knees. Sit-up until elbows touch knees. What does it test? Core strength. Test 3 = Front Support Description Starting in a front support (push-up) shape with straight arms and straight back, bend arms and lower body until arms form a 90 degree angle. Hold this position for as long as possible. What does it test? Upper body endurance. Test 4 = 400m Run Description Complete a 400m circuit as fast as possible. What does it test? Aerobic capacity and lower body endurance. Test 5 = Ball Throw Description Holding a basketball with two hands against chest throw as far forward as possible. What does it test? Upper body explosive strength. Test 6 = Sit and Reach Description Sitting on the floor with legs straight and toes facing up reach as far forward as possible. What does it test? Flexibility. Test 7 = Height Description Height of student in meters. What does it test? BMI (Body Mass Index). Test 8 = Weight Description Weight of student in kilograms. What does it test? BMI (Body Mass Index).
